The Niagara University Student Government Association is currently undergoing a makeover. NUSGA wishes to create a less intimidating image that is conveyed to the students and faculty of Niagara University. This renovating of NUSGA's image is coined rebranding as we look to associate the term NUSGA with hard work, service to students, and several other positive connotations.

The effort in rebranding will not come merely from the efforts of the cabinet and delegations of NUSGA. Rather, we are reaching out to the students to help us in the effort to reinvent who we are as a student government.

In this ongoing process, we are beginning to take the first step by reaching out to the Niagara community to help us create a new logo. It has been through much discussion that we've realized our seal doesn't truly capture what NUSGA does or what it stands for.

Within the next couple of weeks, NUSGA will invite members of the Niagara University community to submit different ideas for new logos.

As a legislative body, we will decide which design we find most fitting for the mission and purpose of the student government.

Details for this special event will soon be available in the Gallagher Center and also on the NUSGA website, purple.niagara.edu/nusga.
